Our user-friendly website ensures convenience by offering the lowest prices and real-time booking availability. You can also make reservations through trusted third-party websites like booking.com. 

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.Payment method:We accept most credit cards.Cancellation Policy:If you have to cancel your reservation, please do so by 16.00 hrs, 3 days prior to your booked arrival date cancellation. If you cancel after this time or, for whatever reason, fail to arrive, we, unfortunately, have to charge you the full rate of your booking.

We will endeavor to re-let the rooms. At our discretion, we will consider a reduction of these charges, if no loss results.

Holiday Insurance Policy:If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out Travel Insurance

In line with current legislation, The Spinney has a no smoking policy. We would kindly request that there is no smoking on the premises. Non-compliance with the no smoking policycarries a penalty charge of £100.00 to cover the cost of extra cleaning and the resulting delay incurred in re-letting the room.

If there is any damage to fixtures, fittings or furniture due to negligence during your stay, compensation will be sought to recover full costs of repair or replacement.

Check In Times

Standard check-in is from 16.00 hrs until 19.00 hrs. Late arrivals can be arranged up to 22.00hrs if pre advised. Note: We are unable to accommodate arrivals after 22.00 hrs Luggage can be stored for arrivals before 16.00 hrs.

Due to the nature of the house we are not able to accommodate young children.

The Spinney is unable to cater for pets.

The Spinney Access Statement

While we have accommodated and can accommodate for guests with restricted mobility, The Spinney remains an 18th Century house. The car park is at the end of a short drive with a gentle incline to the front door. We are happy for you to pull up at the front door on arrival to unload your luggage and will assist in any way we can.

 The front door is above average width, but not suitable for wheel chair access. All guest rooms are on the first floor and are reached via a 12-step staircase. This has hand rails on either side to provide assistance. The house also has some gently sloping floors.
